Have you ever wondered what makes a yearbook great? You developed a strong theme, meticulously created each page, and curated many sales. The recognition in knowing you designed a great yearbook comes from students, parents and faculty, but what if there was a way to have your yearbook recognized with an award?
A Milestone Group is excited to announce we are hosting a yearbook design contest called ‘Making Milestones Yearbook Achievement Award’. This design contest will be running for our schools from November 1st-January 31st. Your school will enter their 2020-2021 yearbook to be evaluated and judged based on qualifying design elements and principles.
We have three categories for ‘best yearbook design’.
High School:
Grand Prize:
- New Professional DSLR Camera
- Free cover design session with Milestone’s lead cover artist
Runner Up Prize:
- $100 toward future yearbooks
Middle School:
Grand Prize:
- $100 toward future yearbooks
- Free cover design session with Milestone’s lead cover artist
Runner Up Prize:
- $75 toward future yearbooks
Elementary School:
Grand Prize:
- $100 toward future yearbooks
- Free cover design session with Milestone’s lead cover artist
Runner Up Prize:
- $75 toward future yearbooks
Winning an award for your school’s yearbook program creates buzz and excitement around the yearbook, and in turn creates more sales for future years and recruits more students for the yearbook staff. Sports teams, drama club, speech and various other programs win awards, enter your program in the running to bring home an award that you can showcase for the yearbook!
